Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (2014).
I am a Registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (MBACP) and work to their Ethical Framework.
I have been practicing since July 2013 in a general Counselling Service in West London where I have worked with anxiety and stress, depression, bereavement and loss, illness, pain, relationship issues, sexuality and many other issues.
I have also counselled in a Centre offering addiction therapy. I undertake regular ongoing professional development.
My training as a Counsellor was based on the Person-centred Approach to counselling, which places importance on supporting you as you find your own strengths to change and develop.
I offer a warm, friendly and supportive counselling relationship. I place importance on listening to you, being non-judgemental, accepting and respectful of your values and aspirations. I try to be genuine, sincere and transparent in the way I work.
